The International Cultural Exchange Fund Scholarship (ICEF) is a one-month Japanese language study program in Japan open to Filipinos. The student will study in the most prestigious Japanese language school in Central Tokyo – Kudan Institute of Language and Culture. The scholarship grant is ¥150,000.
ELIGIBILITY
1 At least 18 years old
2 Has a clear objective to learn the Japanese language
3 Either a graduate or a student of a Philippine university or college
*Those with no background in the Japanese language are also encouraged to apply.
